Hello, thank you for visiting my website.  First of all let me introduce myself to you first.  I am Jeanna Nichols.  I have lived in Rabun County for over 14 years.  I grew up across the state line in Otto, NC.  I worked in banking for 14 years in the customer service department.  

Then I knew it was time for me to make a change.  I decided to start selling real estate when my husband and I started building and selling spec homes.  I love working with Exit Realty in Clayton, GA.    In the year 2007 I was the number 22 in the state of Ga for sales.  My goal this year is to work harder and develop more potential clients to sell more properties.
